Monthly Coaching
The monthly coaching option is specifically designed to offer athletes continuous support and consistent communication. In this option - I provide regular feedback on your workouts, make adjustments to your schedule based on life conflicts, illness, or how you are adapting/not adapting to training. I analyze your workout files and when needed adjust training based on the details of the workout &/or your subjective feedback. We will also work together to dial in your run nutrition & hydration.
Price: $150/month
Initial onboarding: $50
* Flexible Payments & Cancellation Policy: Bi-monthly payments at $75 each offered. If you decide to stop monthly coaching, please provide 30 days notice.

Onboarding process: To get started, we will begin with an athlete questionnaire that will help me understand your athletic background, your schedule, perceived strengths/weaknesses & goals. Once you complete the questionnaire, I’ll review your responses and we will set up an hour call to go over your responses. From there, I will get you set up on Training Peaks, based on your responses & our discussion - I’ll create a template for your goal race(s) or objectives and begin assigning your training.

On the run & race fueling Coaching
For the self coached athlete looking to improve their during run fueling & fine tune their race nutrition strategies.
$100/month
Includes:
Training Peaks Premium account
4x per week feedback on every fueled run
help with gradually increasing run fueling
help with hydration strategies
help dialing in sweat rate
product recommendations
race fueling/hydration strategy
* 1 - 3 months of help with run nutrition is to be expected. The duration depends on where the athlete is starting from & their commitment to making the changes.
