Monthly Coaching

The monthly coaching option is specifically designed to offer athletes continuous support and consistent communication. In this option - I provide regular feedback on your workouts, make adjustments to your schedule based on life conflicts, illness, or how you are adapting/not adapting to training. I analyze your workout files and when needed adjust training based on the details of the workout &/or your subjective feedback. We will also work together to dial in your run nutrition & hydration.

Price: $150/month 

Initial onboarding: $50

* Flexible Payments & Cancellation Policy: Bi-monthly payments at $75 each offered. If you decide to stop monthly coaching, please provide 30 days notice.

Onboarding process: To get started, we will begin with an athlete questionnaire that will help me understand your athletic background, your schedule, perceived strengths/weaknesses & goals. Once you complete the questionnaire, I’ll review your responses and we will set up an hour call to go over your responses. From there, I will get you set up on Training Peaks, based on your responses & our discussion - I’ll create a template for your goal race(s) or objectives and begin assigning your training.

Customized Training Plan only

This option is tailored for individuals who desire a personalized training plan based on their race/objective goals for the season, but do not require the comprehensive attention provided in the monthly coaching package. There is no “coaching” in this option. This only includes a customized training plan built for your current fitness, perceived strengths/weaknesses & the demands of your event or goal objective(s).

  • 4-month Training Plan + Onboarding: $85/month

  • 6-month Training Plan + Onboarding: $85/month

  • 10-month Training Plan + Onboarding: $80/month

The initial onboarding fee for all Personalized Training Plans is $50, which is already included in the above costs. Additionally, we offer the flexibility of monthly payments for these plans, releasing the plan in intervals based on payment. ie:- I would release the plan for the month you have paid for.

Included in this option:

- Basic Training Peaks Account (you would have the option to self pay for the premium account if you choose).

- Customized vertical specificity to align with your goal race(s) or objectives.

The onboarding process involves the following steps:

1. Athlete questionnaire: We will kick-start the process with a detailed questionnaire to gather information about your athletic background, schedule, perceived strengths/weaknesses, and goals.

2. Review and consultation: Upon completing the questionnaire, I will review your responses and schedule a one-hour call to discuss them in detail.

3. Training Peaks setup: After the consultation, we will set you up on Training Peaks, schedule your field tests, and begin constructing your personalized training plan. You will receive your plan within one week of completing your field tests.

4. Field tests (optional): 

   a. Lactate Threshold Heart Rate Test: Following Joel Friel’s method, this test involves a 20-minute warm-up, a 30-minute intense uphill effort on a 5-10% runnable climb, and a cool-down.

   b. Pace Zones: This test requires a 2-3 mile Time Trial on a flat road, where you give an all-out, intense effort. Alternatively, a 5k race can be used for this test

On the run & race fueling Coaching

For the self coached athlete looking to improve their during run fueling & fine tune their race nutrition strategies.

$100/month

Includes:

  • Training Peaks Premium account

  • 4x per week feedback on every fueled run

  • help with gradually increasing run fueling

  • help with hydration strategies

  • help dialing in sweat rate

  • product recommendations

  • race fueling/hydration strategy

* 1 - 3 months of help with run nutrition is to be expected. The duration depends on where the athlete is starting from & their commitment to making the changes.
